Tamaki Marine Park Code of Conduct

At Tamaki Marine Park, we are fully committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all our staff, customers, and visitors. To ensure the marina remains a secure place for our community to work and enjoy, we strictly enforce our on-site Code of Conduct.

Our Expectations

We expect everyone on the premises to treat others with basic courtesy and respect. Abusive, threatening, aggressive, or intimidating behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Consequences of Unacceptable Behaviour

To protect our staff and patrons, management takes all breaches of this code seriously. If any person is found engaging in abusive or threatening behaviour:

• They may be required to leave the marina premises immediately.

• Management may issue a formal trespass notice under the Trespass Act 1980.

• Management reserves the right to take further legal action, including contacting the Police where necessary.
