The area already boasts an established marine presence, with boat builders McMullen and Wing and Chris McMullen on the site's southern boundary. The Rayglass Boats service centre is also located next door to the north. Our precinct features large boat sheds and plenty of undercover yard space with a high canopy, allowing larger boats to carry out maintenance.
Onsite, we have six trade units, including marine engineers, marine electricians, boat painters, and marine detailing businesses, all situated on a fully concreted yard.
